Internal Audit Specialist

Job Description
- Conduct routine and complex audit projects independently; plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that the Audit Activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Analyze complex data, evaluate project findings, prepare audit reports and recommendations about how the process or system under audit can be improved.
- Collect, examine, analyze and verify information about the organization's system and processes by reviewing manuals, policies, reports, financial statements and other written materials, and by interviewing organizational member were required.
- Develop recommendations for changes to processes and systems that will minimize risk, imrpove performance and productivity and ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
- Prepare audit reports that accurately document the audit process and its findings.
Job Requirement
- Having min. Bachelors Degree form Accounting or related major.
- Min. 5 (five) years of working experiences in Internal Audit field. Having experience working in manufacturing or similar industry will be an advantage.
- Self-starter, independent with high adaptability to dynamic working environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Computer literate.
