Job Description
- Maintain and ensure crew service is always in prime condition with the number of crew according to standards in carrying out daily operations.
- Running and ensuring the crew maintains grooming and work attitude according to the standards that have been set.
- Conducting coaching, training, briefing, meeting, and routine evaluation of crew outlet performance.
- Reprimand and evaluate the crew if they violated the SOP.
- Coordinate and report important conditions at the outlet to management.
- Carry out, ensure and support the operational processes of all outlets and be responsible for making reports regarding kitchen outlet operations
- Do the division of tasks and work schedule crew outlet
- Ensure that all work equipment, both main and supporting equipment, are used according to the amount, are well maintained, and function properly.
- Responsible for controlling waste in all outlets
- Handle complaints from customers properly.
- Responsible for handling multiple outlets.
- Mobile area Surabaya, Malang, and Bali.
- Placement in Surabaya.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum have 2 years experience as a supervisor in the field of food and beverage
- Mastering the culinary world
- Understand the halal assurance system and food safety
- Able to do stock opname
- Able to use microsoft office
- Have a leadership spirit
- Able to deliver training
- Able to make a schedule
- Good problem solving
- Willing to work mobile to control outlets
- Have a private vehicle
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work on public holidays
