Job Description
- Make & conduct timeline to set new plant for operation
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and action of HRGA Dept
- Responsible for legal and personnel adm, GA, EHS, compensation & benefit, Payroll, Recruitment & assessment, Industrial & external relation, Performance Management & Organization Development
- Propose and manage the implementation of HR capacity cost budget.
- Manage the implementation of HR standards, governance and overall flow in HR business process
- Make standard operational procedure General Affair and EHS
- Make report to Director

Our Client, Trading and Export Import FMCG company based in Probolinggo looking for HRGA Manager.
- S1/ S2 in Business Studies/Adm/Management, HR Management, Psychology, Law.
- 6 Years exp in multinational food manufacturer.
- Prefer Manager/Asst Manager specialized in HR.
- Good analytical thinking and accurate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Skill : MS Office (excel is advance)
- Have knowledge about labour law
- Fast learner and good adaptibility to fast change environment.
- PROACTIVE, Goal Oriented, "Make It Happen" Mindset.
- Communication Skill IN ENGLISH is a MUST.
