- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of any field.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Have experience as customer service team leader or coordinator for e-commerce.
- Excellent both in verbal and written communication skill.
- Able to maintain customer complaint.
- Well organise and good administrative skills.
- Have a sense of leadership.
- Able to monitor program and procedures to achieve SLAs and customer satisfaction.
- Good knowledge to develeop, implement and improve call center process & design.
- Proactive for day to day call center escalation.
