The successful candidate will spend a learning journey in Golden Energy and Resources (GEAR) businesses as a preparation to be a Financial Leader in our business.

Program Highlights:

• A well-rounded foundation of technical skills including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, functional, and leadership skills that are essential for a Financial Leader position within Golden Energy and Resources local and global businesses

• Mentoring and coaching with experienced internal leaders

Responsibilities: 

• Manage multiple challenging projects
• Assess current state and define business solutions
• Analyze and propose business models
• Facilitate discussions to gather confirmation on requirements / use cases / scenarios
• Interact with various teams across Golden Energy and Resources businesses
• Exposure to senior level management team on day-to-day activities

• Graduates from Master’s degree in Business, Economy, Accounting, Math, or Engineering (preferably from overseas universities)
• Minimum GPA 3.5 (max. 4.0)
• Work experiences in Financial Services or Consultancy Services and certification in CFA Level 1 are preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• This position needs someone who are tech-savvy, able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, and achieve results.
