• Make planning for developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
• Responsible handle purchase import & export for product food & beverage
• Search vendor and product (food) for trading activity
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor progress of contracts to ensure materials in on schedule and meet specifications for food and certification.
• Evaluate vendor performance and lead for corrective & preventive action.
