  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff
  • Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Answer queries by employees and clients 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree from Any Major
  • At least 1 - 2 years experience in related field
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work individual or with team
  • Having a good interpersonal skills
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Must possess excellent typing skills
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
