Job Description
- Responsible for achieving sales targets
- Build new customer base and retain existing customers to maximize sales
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
Job Requirement
- Graduates from Bachelor’s Degree any field
- 4-5 years experience in the same field, minimal 2 years working experience as Sales Executive in Fashion Industry.
- Have a passion as sales and target oriented
- Have knowledge about sustainable fashion, weaving especially Batak weaving as well as Batak culture
- Have knowledge about ulos, its functions and uses
- Have a network to the Batak community
- Can work independently and well planned
- Have handled social media such as: Instagram and Facebook
- Have effective negotiation and communication skills, strong interpersonal, good administration, creative, innovative, and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, set work priorities, and manage time effectively
