> A Service Management for 7 floors building in north Jakarta (combined hall, function & premium club) is looking for 

"Prominent Supervisor"  (IDR 10 - 12 Mill)

> As the Supervisor, you'll manage every part of floor service in the building. 

> You'll have a close involvement in all floors ie. operation, multi-skilling the team to ensuring an efficient but effective services, as well as creating a fun atmosphere and ensuring a highly personalized and locally inspired guests experience .

> You'll be a leader who inspires the team by understanding their individual needs and working with them in an approachable way.

> Acting as an Ambassador, you'll set an example for team members, encourage them to be courious and build real connections with guests to deliver the Goals (service excelent) objectives. 

• Candidate is likely to have 5 years or more managerial of service experience in an upscale or luxury hotel (5 stars diamond) and be someone who possesses initiative and sense of curiousity with a reputation for delivering high standards of service.
• Male (only) height min 165 cm aged max 35 years old.
