- S1 jurusan Teknik Elektro / Teknik Mesin
- IPK minimal 3.00
- Fresh Graduate / pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang terkait
- Umur maksimal 27 Tahun pada 1 November 2020
- Menguasai MS Office dan AutoCAD
- Memahami Bahasa Inggris
- Bersedia mengikuti ikatan dinas selama 2 tahun dan sistem gugur dalam mengikuti pelatihan
- Bersedia mengikuti pelatihan di semua unit bisnis PT Malindo Feedmill, Tbk
- Penempatan di Cikande (Banten), Grobogan (Jawa Tengah), Gresik (Jawa Timur), dan Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan)
Yang akan didapat melalui Program MT :

Company Description
PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk ("Malindo" atau "Perseroan") was establihed in 1997. Produced animal feed, breeding farm, broiler farm and food processing. Malindo has subsidiaris namely PT Bibit Indonesia, PT Prima Fajar, PT Leong Ayamsatu Primadona, PT Quality Indonesia and PT Malindo Food Delight.
Malindo listed its shared at The Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2006 and present as public company.
PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk continue to grow all the sector in their business. This is demonstrated by the establishment of a breeding farm and a new feedmill in several regions in Indonesia such as Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
Malindo completes its business on 25 November 2013 with the launch of food processing products under SunnyGold and Ciki Wiki brand. Food processing products are manufactured by PT Malindo Food Delight, one of the subsidiaries under Malindo Group.
For 4 consecutive years since 2011 to 2014, PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk has received "Best of The Best" from the business and financial magazine Forbes Indonesia.
Malindo also received Bisnis Indonesia Award 2014 for the Best Issuer Basic Industry and Chemical Sector category from Bisnis Indonesia newspaper.
All the recognitions received by the Company show that in its more than seventeen years of operation, Malindo has succeeded in putting a solid foundation for a rapid and sustainable growth in line with its business expansion in the years to come.
