Job Description
- Partnering with Plant Managers and all Leaders in Operation & Supply Chain in delivering business strategy.
- Responsible to lead and supervise the People & Culture (P&C) team to make sure the HR practices are comply to the company policies and corporate goals.
- In alignment with P&C Business Partner to develop and execute the P&C strategies.
- Implement P&C policies, programs, and practices on People Development, Industrial Relations, and HR operations.
- Control the Manpower Planning (MPP), both permanent and outsource employee concerning on effectivity and efficient as needed.
- Identify the potential issue to find resolution and provide proactive feedback upwards to P&C Business Partner and P&C Leaders at timely manner when necessary.
Job Requirement
- Having minimum Bachelors degree from related major.
- Having minimum 8 (eight) years of working experiences in related field with 5 (five) years experiences in managerial level.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources.
- Strong Knowledge in Industrial Resources, Compensation & Benefit, Organization Development, HR Operations, HRIS
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, customer orientation
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Required Language : English
- Willing to be based in Gowa, Makassar
