Job Description
- Membuat dokumentasi periodic report
- Melakukan pengecekan menganalisa isu yang terjadi dan mengeskalasikan ke tim terkait
- Mencatat detail dan ringkasan aktifitas, isu dan insiden yang terjadi pada aplikasi, server dan jaringan
- Memasang, mengimplementasikan dan memantau monitoring tools server serta pada Application Monitoring Process
- Memasang alert dan policy untuk monitoring komponen & APM serta mengintegrasikannya dengan channel komunikasi seperti email/ telegram/ wa
- Mengelola DNS, SSL dan Mail Server
- Mengerjakan yang terseda pada ticketing system maupun on demand
Job Requirement
- Minimal pendidikan D3/S1, Teknik Informatika/ Sistem informasi/jurusan IT lain yang relevan
- Memahami tools monitoring seperti NagiOS, Grafana, New Relic atau sejenisnya
- Memiliki kemampuan basic System Administrator (ssh, tunneling, basic command line operation, error reading)
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai manajemen DNS beserta record-nya
- Memiliki kemampuan dokumentasi dan reporting yang baik
- Dapat bekerja 24/7 dan shifting.
