Job Description
- Identifies people & business strategies to ensure alignments through workforce allocation, utilization, strategies, and policies.
- Provides pre-analysis on human resource strategy needs, HC cost, and measure workforce needs for each business units.
- Builds guiding principles and standardized policy.
- Participate in all HC related projects and activities (as needed) by liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or equivalent.
- Experience 1-5 years working in HR as Analyst (experience in handling OD/Compensation & Benefit is an advantage).
- Advanced Ms. Excel skill.
