HR&GA Senior Officer

Job Description
- Handling performance evaluation to the staffs.
- Manage recruitment and selection process, including publishing the job, sourcing candidate, taking care of the contract and general onboarding process.
- Maintain employee's administration, including BPJS, paid leave, attendance, and data administration and HRIS.
- Responsible for making SOPs, updating job descriptions, creating and updating organizational structures and training development
- Handling daily administration in the office, including reimbursement employee, administration Dinas Luar Kota (DLK), etc.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- 3-4 years experiences in the same field, minimal 1 years working experience as HR Generalist in Fashion Industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have a strong recruitment network and are able to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process according to the guidelines
- Familiar and able to use all sources of candidate search such as job portals, linkedin, social media, etc
- Depth understanding to making SOP, job description, organizational structure, TNA, database, basic ComBen is a plus
- Accustomed to making reports and using google doc, PPT, etc
- Have a strong communication skill, creative, innovative, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, well organized, and discipline
- Have an interest in culture, especially woven fabrics (Toba woven) & sustainable fashion
- Willing to go on business trips out of town
