About The Role
We are looking for a new Research Qualitative Personnel who has a high-level self-initiative as well as a technological-savvy mindset to join our Research Team, with responsibilities to execute overall qualitative projects & being a focal person to client-side.
What Will You Do:
- Write the MoM (Minute of Meetings) of kick-off or any meetings with clients.
- Prepare screeners for recruitment.
- Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes.
- Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure the progress of recruitment is well communicated and monitored.
- Design discussion guides to ensure they prompt meaningful findings and are actionable.
- Provide moderation for basic qualitative methodologies, such as focus groups and in-depth interviews.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Convert the interview's verbatim to Content Grid and create the Content Analysis of the interview.
- Proactively anticipating, troubleshooting, overcoming, and/or escalating challenges to your project lead in a timely manner.
- Assist senior members in the logistical organization of focus groups.
- Assist senior members in analysis and draft reports to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Qualitative Consumer Insights role.
- Proficient English Language Application for Oral & Written.
- Bachelor’s in Psychology/Sociology/Philosophy/Social Anthropology or MBA in Marketing, or in other related fields.
- Up to date with Qualitative research methods, knowledge, and techniques.
- Knowledge and understanding of online market research is an advantage.
- Experienced in Project Management and Research proposals.
Behavior Skill:
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills as needed to closely work with remote teams spread in multiple locations.
- Good in presentation.
