We are looking for a business analyst to support project teams and project managers throughout the project lifecycle
Job Description:
- Design and manage ideation program (hackathon, ideathon) and startup incubation program
- Develop program concept and compose proposal for clients
- Develop curriculum for ideation & incubation programs
- Design & Execute Trainings on Idea / Startup Development Topics (Product, Business, People, Investment, etc)
- Track and document startup development progress
- Compose program report for clients
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree with minimum 1 year working experience in program management, consulting or new venture development
- Working experience in startup incubation or idea competition program is a plus
- Strong project management skill including time & budget management
- Good analytical & structural thinking with attention to details
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia) and able to maintain good communication with internal team and clients
- Excellent writing skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia) and experience in writing proposal or reports for internal & clients

Digital Construction Hack (DCH) 2019 invited programmers and developers to submit their ideas and create new innovative solutions to transform the construction industry.
There were more than 160 ideas submitted from all over Indonesia. Representing the four main categories: Less To Zero Incident, Total Quality Control, Health and Safety Procedures, and Project Management. On the final hackathon day, we managed to curate 50 innovative ideas from 150 participants.ally actionable.
